it was an amazing experience. the rooms are big enough with luxury amenities. top notch service. the guest relations team really helped me out to make my stay comfortable and memorable enough.

You stay with Taj for experience and hospitality, but here hospitality was zero. 1. When I checked-inn, no one took my luggage to the room I was allotted.2. At night had a buffet dinner at Taj, after finishing I went to my room. they call me at almost at 10:15pm (I was about to sleep) that they need my signatures on the bill. They send someone around 10:40pm where I almost slept, with card machine and bill that you have to pay right now. Neverthless I paid, but isn't that rude that they can't wa ...more

good clean hotel. service is very slow. check in and check out was time consuming and frustrating. rooms are huge and bathrooms excellent
