room ac is not working properly.....I have changed the room but same problem...but food was good.... breakfast is also good

The staff are very kind and helpful especially the driver who helped a lot to drop us near the Baba mandir for dharshan. Thanks lot. The amenities provided in the hotel are excellent.

Worst in service. Took them forever to understand that AC was not working and automatic locking on the door was malfunctioning. Had to call 4 times and my friend visited the reception to make sure that room was changed. In the morning I called house keeping 3 times but they didn't respond. Finally called reception but as expected she said that shower gel and shampoo will be provided and was not provided. Clearly that was expected to happen when dumb people sit at reception. No hospitality whatsoever!! Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

the tv doesn't work because they haven't renewed tatasky subscription. when you ask, they try to bring the device from another room, which also doesn't work. breakfast is not included, have to pay extra. mattresses are worn out and lacking in support.
that said, hotel is neat, rooms are large and meals were decently prepared
