This review is not for the facilities of the hotel. We had booked the hotel for a day unaware of the location of place. The place is at one the most crowded places of the city. We came to the hotel and couldn't find place to park our vehicle. Apart from this wife wasn't comforatble with a lot of religious places of different faiths nearby. We booked another place outside the city and didn't stay here.

staff behaviour are friendly, location is in the heart of city, food quality is good, one thing to improve is room service time. they take more time for any service.. but hotel is clean and hygenic..

horrible food service and room service, only one service man looking after entire hotel..won't get complimentary breakfast too...single cook was absent due to family marriage
