My overall experience in the hotel was good. The amenities, service and food was satisfactory. However, I strongly feel the amount paid for brand value of altruist and the overall service are not matching. Also, I didn't like the attitude of kitchen manager who often made us feel conscious before ordering food even if it's complimentary breakfast. Hotel management, you are in Hospitality business so please be aware of the staff attitude. If these things can be improved, I would really recommend this hotel to others.

they don’t provide dental kit, saving kit and utility kit. also not provide tissue paper in toilet. quality of towel is bad , towel is very hard. hotel don’t have cab for pickup and drop for airport.
