Great place to stay with family in the heart of the city. Staff is very helpful and the room service is also very quick. They have ample space for car park. I will definitely recommend this place.

The best thing was the staff: 6 stars to them, all of them. Helpful and courteous. Got a lift to the railway station at 4am with a small packed breakfast (I had breakfast included with my booking).The worst thing was that I didn't get the room I paid for. I booked and paid for a deluxe room and I got a small normal room (see photos). The location is centrally located, so it can be noisy during the day and evening. WiFi was working properly.No free bottled water on arrival.

Cleanliness to be focused upon.
1. Staff is polite.
2. Food and ambiance is good.
3. Water supply is hard water., which is uncomfortable.
4. Cleanliness to be focused on. Regular spray of pesticides required.
