giving three stars just for the lady who tried with best to provide a comfortable stay, she was so generous, the rest in the hotel was nothing apart from her. The hotel needs to be repaired a lot, the heater, the room construction, it has cracks, and the food needs a lot of improvement. I don't remember her name but with her smile and the way she tries to fix the problems is simply great. The owner should try to support the staff to provide services. 3 stars are just for her smile.

the entire responsibility was in a single young girl's shoulders.
right from registration process to cleaning cob webs in the room to bringing in room service of tea n snacks.
poor amenities...
non cooling ac,
no fridge,
tea kettle without the bottom heating tray...( can you beleive this ?)
no wardrobes.
location.... a bit isolated and scary to travel after dark.
plus side... nice big garden... open air tv screen.... music player... reasonably good food... though it was time taking.
they said 3 staff on leave that day.
don't know if it's a fact.

great ambience speciall the open area..lawn.. feels like hill station.. rooms are not upto mark but still manageable.
