giving three stars just for the lady who tried with best to provide a comfortable stay, she was so generous, the rest in the hotel was nothing apart from her. The hotel needs to be repaired a lot, the heater, the room construction, it has cracks, and the food needs a lot of improvement. I don't remember her name but with her smile and the way she tries to fix the problems is simply great. The owner should try to support the staff to provide services. 3 stars are just for her smile.
