Autograph is outside the city and close the NJP railway station. Staff is courteous and everything was in order at the time or check-in. Parking is in a narrow lane near the property
, about 4 mins walk, which is sometime unpleasant.
Breakfast buffet is good and had live dosa counter.
dinner service was very very slow but the food was very very good. If I ever visit again, will consider staying again.

Best hotel in Siliguri near to NJP junction. Rooms were clean and spacious having all the amenities. Pricing should be between 2000 for deluxe room. I paid 2574 so considered as bit costlier.

The hotel is situated near NJP station in a remote place. no market or shop near the hotel. room was good, bathroom was clean and modern. food price is very high. otherwise it's ok to stay for 1 night

The 2 star is only for the rooms and food, the buffet was awesome there and the rooms are really good. There are 2 main issues, firstly the people at counters are absolutely confused and don't understand anything, secondly all the amenities which are listed here viz swimming pool, gym, spa, pool board etc. nothing was functional. Hotel should be transparent, if anything is not available or non functional it should not be listed in the amenities or written accordingly, it was really a big disappointment for my son as he was expecting swimming pool availability.
