I recently stayed at Hotel Black Gold and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The area where the hotel is located isn't great and there were frequent electricity cutouts during my stay.The staff had a casual approach to service, and it took multiple reminders just to get basic toiletry items. The toilet in my room was broken and the bed sheets and pillows had a very bad smell, which was extremely unpleasant.Although the food tasted good, it wasn't worth the other issues I faced ...more
