All the focus is on maintaining the pool area which no doubt attracts but they are seriously lacking in housekeeping/hygiene. You will. have to ask them to change the bedsheets and blankets, they use non standard coloured bedsheets and blankets just to avoid daily wash but you will come to know through bad smell. it was a wonderful experience, great accomodating staff and good rooms. the cafe was a bit expensive and due to the location going out to eat every time is not feasible so you end up having to buy from the hotel only.

There was smell in entire room, might be due to washroom. Washroom was not properly maintained, not clean. Pool area was clean and beautiful. Food was expensive, but quality was not that good. Overall not worth money.

nice place but many things need improvement. 1. no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee. if you are someone who needs tea or coffee in the morning then skip this place as the kitchen also does not open till 8 am2. room walls were dirty and needed a coat of paint3. cleaning lady took away the soaps we were using and did not provide fresh ones as well.4. no cupboard in the room 5. ugly stickers on the walls in room 6. mosquitos which dont go away even with all out

the stay was decent one. positives:- 1) rooms are good and spacious. the staff is extremely helpful. 2) the cleanliness was also good. negatives:- 1) the downside to this place is that it is in the interior side. you won't get any food place near by. you need to come to the main road (1.2 kms) to get anything. 2) big downside to the place, is that the food is extremely costly. this resort is a worst resort. totally different from pictures. lack of cleanliness. swimming pool is even worst. full of dirty stuff like dead insects in the pool water. not worth

This is a decent place to stay but all said and done, The place is not as amazing as it looks in the images! Images are really deceptive.. Negatives:- 1. Rooms are just Okayish but quite spacious 2. My room had some bed bugs too 3. The comforters were soiled 4. My room had a musty smell the moment we went in 5. Limited food menu at the restaurant 6. No room service 7.
