stay was comfortable.location is easily accessible from major tourist attractions alongwith scenic view from room.hotel staffs are very cordial(Nirmala guided us very well and behaved politely)

This is there deluxe room which was given on Ground Floor there Ground floor is 4th Floor
N people sitting on reception are really very bad …. The manager Himself is really vvvery nice .. i askd him for upgrade the room as we. Reachd by 8:00pm n checkout morning 10:00 as it was my husbands bdays still no upgradation given by dem infact dey were more rude ….directly denied stating no rooms are empty … hows its poosible when they have 50 rooms all 50 are occupied

Our Stay Experience – Helpful for Guests and Management
We stayed for 2 nights and overall had a good experience, but there are a few points worth mentioning that could help future guests make informed decisions and also assist the management in improving the service:
