the hotel overall was good based on the no.of days which i stayed there(it was a long stay-5 days).i had booked a deluxe room.however they didn't provided basic stuffs like dental kits,electric kettle,etc which only on asking they use to give & say it is only for premium rooms. i showed them after which they agreed.food was average (neither too good nor that bad).rest everything was okay.

i wanted to share my experience during my recent stay at your hotel. unfortunately, i was quite disappointed with the level of service provided. the hotel staff appeared uncooperative when i had concerns or questions, and the housekeeping service was very poor, with rooms not being properly cleaned or restocked during my stay.
additionally, i encountered an issue at night and found that there was no responsible person available to assist with resolving it, which caused further frustration.

The hotel was overall ok but they didn't provide basic amenities like electric kettle & all although it is mentioned On asking they give it when shown the proof that it should be available in all rooms which it clearly mentioned also(they say it is only available in premium rooms).Cleanliness was ok.Service quality was good.

everything is good. but i think they should work upon the paint on the walls. the walls are scratched of even premium rooms. overall experience was good. the ambience, the look, the food, support, the price, everything was good.

Room was dIfferent from how it was seen - The room given had Dirty walls, Dirty bed linens, used and smelly pillow covers, broken TV remote, age old TV, noisy window AC, falling wires in bathroom, broken/falling wash basin - all put together a horrible experience. it was pre-paid, so had no other option so had a sleep over and left the place as early as possible next morning. it was UNBEARABLE.
