Photographs are misleading Rooms are not maintained smelly with mosquitoes. Shower panel in room 107 leaking. Not ideal for families. Breakfast was very bad though staff are ok

property is good however, there are some negative points as well!!
1. TV remote not working which was lately replaced
2. Landline phone not working due to which we faced so many difficulties in ordering food or availing any room service.
3. No bathroom slippers available.
4. washroom shower wqs not working properly which was a basic requirement.
All in All it was a bad stay at this price in Gurgaon!!

The whole experience was unpleasant. Apart from unclean and not well maintained bathroom, how they manage parking was also pathetic. They woke us up from our sleep at 6 am in the cold morning to get our car moved. The front desk and Manager Dinesh were unprofessional in handling the situation. Because of this we checked out of the hotel within the next hour.Did I forget, They had no slippers and The dental kit had cockroaches in it.
