Pros of azalea room
Easy to reach
Same as pool level and lawn level
Senior citizen friendly
Comfortable room and sit out area
Birthday complimentary cake/sweet was not offered even after sharing birthday occasions or as seen on address proof
We bought a cheesecake for same occasion which happened to be stale tasteless sour and had green fungi like things on it

Pathetic staff, didn’t co- operate when we wanted help( our little one got sick), their receptionist straight up denies for every thing, something as basic as tissue paper,asked for a room clean up( so basic) , she didn’t! you are not even providing some tissues on request! We left the place and it was a huge relief,
