please do not go by ratings, hotel is in a pathetic state, no housekeeping, no kitchen , no bedsheet changes even if you stay for 3-4 days...room are stinky, leaking and are worse than a chawl.

No TV was working . There were no glasses for drinking water in the rooms. No breakfast was available as when asked they told us kitchen will not open today.

Lift didnt work , washroom was leaking , room service didnt answer , metal cranking sounds from the room all night hope they improve the service if they expect customers to return

Great reception staff. Extremely helpful and cooperative.
Excellent service and attention. Very positive and pleasant attitude from all the staff, especially the front-office and reception people (2) Rooms very functional and everything worked as it should (3) Bedsheets and towels were clean and white (4) Hot water available 24 hrs (5) Breakfast was very good with both South and North Indian items on a menu that changed every day.

hotel staff is co operative .hotel is near by airport And best family stay hotel in Malviya Nagar. i recommend to stay in the hotel the Connaught house it is beautiful property. All service is well
