On an official travel we booked this hotel. On entering the hotel we were almost interrogated by the front desk executive Mr Shailendra about how are we staying in the hotel, as our IDs are not matching. The hotel front desk staff is so untrained that he is not even trained on the fact how to deal with corporate guests. How do the IDs of colleagues are expected to match??? In the night at 11 om dealing with him was a mental torture. Not at all recommended.

The Downtown was really a great hotel with surprisingly excellent service by the staff, food was also good, just need to make a more spread seating arrangement for breakfast, All in All, it was a very good experience

Great Welcome and very Professional Behavior of F&B Captain. Mr. Ajeet Chaudhary Morning buffet is very amazing and good, Rooms are very clean and well maintained, Food is very delicious. I got the rooms always clean. Appreciate the Steward Rajendra and whole serving staff. Do ask for him always. Very good work

The Hotel location is away from the center and near a mall. The property is new. The room size is a little smaller. Sikh guys may find lesser space to roll and decorate a turban. Vehicles can be parked in front of the hotel at the roadside. The restaurant provides buffet breakfast but has lesser varieties and good taste. The restaurant has lesser space only 4 to 5 centre tables which may be an issue when occupancy is full. Overall the price was a little higher.

very nice and clean rooms. walkable from rawatpur metro station staff is very polite. no unneccary disturbance overall a best place to stay in this vicinity as a business traveller I prefer a nice ambience to stay. hygienic toilet and bathroom and clean bed to have a nice sleep. this hotel is the best of all the above
