The hotel has a good location. But the main drawback was no fan or AC in the room. It was really difficult to stay during summer. The food was also not upto the mark.

Area wise, room wise, service wise everything is good but food they have to improve as they charge a hefty amount and food quality, in terms of variety it should be more.

The property is good but over priced . There is no AC in the rooms and there is air ventilation problem . The property is almost 100 years and best time to visit will be in the Winters . Services are good with nice views from the room. The property will need some restoration and mantainence .

it's excellent property!we stayed 15 years back and now also.... it's heritage property and looked like palace.must stay hotel.keep it up!

while the property is really nice, the service was poor and lacked professionalism. Even the food menu was very limited with many items unavailable when asked for. There were desert options too...

I stayed here for 2 nights and I had a hard time leaving this place behind. We had a wonderful experience at this property. Be it the the food , cleanliness or staff ,this hotel scores maximum points. it's location is wonderful too, a walking distance from the market. The hotel also gives you an amazing view and provides you an atmosphere where you can enjoy your vacation in peace. Thanks to the Elgin team , I had a good time.
The infinity windows over looking the mountains which was awesome. We pulled our chairs and sat at the windows taking for hours.
