The stay was fantastic. They were offered delicious food with good price range. It was very close to Shahastradhara. Swimming pool was also clear

Extremely disappointed with everything there in the hotel. No one to greet and tell where to park car, I had to get down with my luggage and family and went to reception and asked for location of car parking, which was annoying. Room AC remote was not working, which was later changed, pathetic food, even worse breakfast, We had to wait for an hour for tea, which was never served, eventually had to check-out and had our breakfast outside. Not recommended at all.

I genuinely don't get time to write reviews but the bad behavior of this hotel staff compelled me to write one. I'm sharing my experience so that no one else suffers like me after making the payment online. This is basically a three-star hotel at the price of a four-star. The rooms are good with balcony and bathrooms are clean. But that's not all one looks for while booking a four star or a five star hotel. Property very good but lacks staff, had to wait almost 2 hours in the reception before room was alloted to us even though we arrived at the hotel 2 hours after check in time. Rooms are good and spacious but services are very poor.
