The water heater was not working. Treatment for cockroaches to be done.

It was a okay stay. There was a smelling issue that was coming from drainage that was coming out from wash basin hole and bathroom overall. Though they did clean bathroom twice eventually it was a plumbing problem.. smell was consistent so they changed our room

let me tell you all the facts which I've been through.the hotel is hardly 200 mtrs from Baba Samadhi. Too many food options close by.the rooms are very spacious and average.Note, you see too many cockroaches in the room. so kindly keep your bags and eatables closed.I've requested hotel management to maintain hygiene so that all reviews will be excellent and they have assured that it will be taken care.

I think hotel management staff has been changed and this is the 5th time we have visited to this hotel but the new management staff has been disappointed us especially reception lady has not been attentive and showing irresponsible attitude and they are not properly receiving booked guests with respect to walk-in guests
