at the evan rohtak, there's room ac wasn't working and even wasting 2hrs they didn't able to repair. then they shifted me to another hotel in the night at about 11pm mechanic trying to repair the ac.

Lift not working. I got the room on 2nd floor Steps were narrow and very steep. ACs temperature control was not working. It was not a comfortable stay

great experience, staff behavior is very good, they are supportive, clean everything, they provided me room heater also without cost. food is also good. a big banquet hall also. family suited room, all staff are supportive.

I have stayed in so many hotels booked through this site but this is the worst experience. The stay at DHARMSHALA is better than this hotel. wastage of money. hot water is not available, shower is not working, ac remote is not working, rooms are not clean up to the mark. bathroom is dirty. and above all no body respond to the call at reception at all.

The location was very convenient as it's nearby the bus stand & even it was near my office it was very convenient for me. The staffs were cooperative staff & there is this one thing which I liked about this hotel is that they allowed me to bring food from outside in this hotel.
