It was a pleasant stay at Fern property as always, this is at good location with lots of stuff for kids to enjoy at the resort it self. Only missing peace was a live music at the dining area to enjoy the food but it's not a complaint but good to have similar to other Fern properties.

Hi Good property at Bhimtal nice ambiance and food quality. staff is also good . bonfire is very small so guest can not enjoy if 3-4 family want to need together. also if you complaint they offer you separate bonfire @1500 charge. Road from lake to Resort is very scary. and one way. so if driving is good then only choose this resort. over all good experience i prefer.

The hotel's location was perfect, The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. I would highly recommend the The feen hillside resorts to anyone visiting.

Winter green room is small in size and cheap in amenities. There is no refrigerator, no iron or table, no hair dryer, no locker. Hotel refused to upgrade at any cost. Electricity keeps going. Door lock kept deactivated. Outside room, games and outdoor activities are very good. Restaurant food is very good, decent selection of items and good quality. Outside barbeque is too expensive, especially NV. Hotel really on top of hill, leaving you middle of nowhere. Other properties at better price available. I will not go again at this property.

Overall experience was good !! I like the hotel location and food quality as well. The staff was kind and their services were satisfactory. I enjoyed my stay with my family because the hotel room was spacious and there was a kids play area.

Overall excellent service and stay. The hotel and restaurant staff are courteous. The only issue faced was with cleaning of bathroom. It needs improvement. Approach to the hotel is difficult.
