I was first allotted room 408 on 4th floor, but there was so much of disturbing sound from top floor so Asish bhandari the front office guy was kind enough to immediately change my room. Asish is a fine gentleman helping guests to make them comfortable. Thanks for that.

the hotel is located at a premium location right besides the lake and has all the standard amenities available. the only drawback is the limited breakfast buffet and limited staff availability during other meals making the turnaround time too long for comfort.

“Fantastic Stay at Fern Residency Ajmer!” Had a wonderful stay at The Fern Residency Ajmer! The location is perfect—close to all the main sights yet peaceful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Loved the rooftop pool with its beautiful views! The food at the restaurant was delicious too. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ajmer. Can’t wait to come back!

Newly built hotel with great amenities and superb location in front of Anas Sagar Lake and Cinemall. Easily accessible and local market is also nearby. Staff is Polite and helpful as they will help you and Guide you in visiting the monuments and they provided upgrade to us. Only Concern is food quality due to which deducted 1 star. They need to improve food quality to get 5 star rating.
