This is one of the best property in kasauli hills. Room was descent in size, well maintained property, scenic view from room. The best part was the breakfast and i really thanked sunny the server who treated us so well. This property is highly recommendable

Hotel is very nicely located on Highway and view from hotel is exemplary. No jam on road and good restaurants and even star bucks, burger king is in vicinity to hotel. Staff was cordial. food was good. check in was not comfortable. cleanliness of room was ok ok. Overall very good experience.

Room was good. Food is great .The restaurant staff was very cooperative they packed us breakfast as we had to leave early. 1 star iam deducting as the Spa was not working and no welcome drink was served

I have been a regular visitor to The Fern Surya Resort, coming here almost every month before taking a break for six months due to the beautiful blessing of my baby. After this long break, my family and I finally decided to travel again, and without a second thought, The Fern was our first choice!

Pathetic and worst service!
Being a repeat guest at this resort, I have seen it rapidly decend down the hole and my latest experience will be the last here.
Sorry to write this as I have good memories here. But it's not worth anymore.
Worst reception, ignorant room service and there is no one help you out during check in and check out.
YOU HAVE TO CARRY YOUR OWN LUGGAGE.
