Room was good. Food is great .The restaurant staff was very cooperative they packed us breakfast as we had to leave early. 1 star iam deducting as the Spa was not working and no welcome drink was served

I have been a regular visitor to The Fern Surya Resort, coming here almost every month before taking a break for six months due to the beautiful blessing of my baby. Pathetic and worst service! Being a repeat guest at this resort, I have seen it rapidly decend down the hole and my latest experience will be the last here. Sorry to write this as I have good memories here. But it's not worth anymore. Worst reception, ignorant room service and there is no one help you out during check in and check out. YOU HAVE TO CARRY YOUR OWN LUGGAGE.
