Regret to share this review of such an iconic fort due to the apathy of cleaning staff and the supervisor.
The reception staff is un-interested in attending the guest in a hurry.
It took them 45 minutes to allot rooms to us at five pm while check in time is two pm.
The floors are not clean and the bathroom doesn't have a hand towel .
On the plus side the restaurant staff is very polite and professional
The breakfast was very tasty and dinner was good.

Poorly maintained property as A/C was having cranking noise if you lower the temperature. frequent fluctuation of electricity that too in night.
No fridge in rooms and most important very bad food there is hardly anything which has taste. Everything we ordered we couldn't eat more than 2 spoons.
Breakfast has only 2 food items ,no juices,no fruits ,nothing to eat with parantha.
Very very Bad experience.

well.....
firstly as you go over there keep in mind you have chosen the said property being a heritage one. so do expect to face some wear and tear issues. the management is putting all the efforts to run a fine show. the management especially the front desk needs a thumbs up. gave me an upgrade without any further charges. pros and cons are listed below....
Pros:
1. it's a heritage property. so it's a different experience altogether staying here.

No value for money, No feel like heritage resort, Not a well maintained property, but it’s hugeFood is very good, Amenities as written are not available, Staff isn’t good & is rude. Overall experience apart from food is “fudu” not even a single star, Rooms where I stayed doesn’t deserves even Rs.

reception area is very unprofessional , cleanliness is the main issue,dust and dirt ,improper curtains , lack of hospitality otherwise property is very nice,could be maintained much more properlyFood service and taste is awesomerooms etc overpriced,not worth the money willingly spentwill not book again
