Hotel building is good. Food is also good. But basically it's a marriage garden. it's not a proper hotel. Room maintenance is poor. TV not working. No channels available except news. No windows. No views. It is very far off from the city on a highway, so you cannot go outside. I would not recommend it to anybody.

no locks in rooms. no bathroom facilities. hopeless food. charges were exorbitant. had to shift bathroom to another room due to negligence of hotel. it was very good 2 years ago.

Good hotel. It is just 25 mins drive from airport. If you want to spend the night in Siliiguri before your trip to Darjeeling/Gangtok, totally recommend it.

The hotel was hosting a wedding and they had loud music playing from the afternoon right till 1:30 at night! It was terribly loud and inconsiderate of the other guests staying there. If the management decides to host weddings at the same venue then they should either not take other guests in the hotel apart from the wedding guests or if they do allow other guests then have the decency to maintain some noise levels.
