It is more a home stay than a hotel just 2 KM away from the market/ taxi stand. I stayed there 3 nights in The Blue door which has two bed room and one dining space. Food was good and tasty. You don't have front desk but get attention as and when required. The elderly domestic help is very courteous and a nice person. The Owner/ Manager Sri Shiavats is just like my next door brother who drove me to the taxi stand when I departed

All the staff are very helpful.. Hotel owner is also very well behaved.. Most of all value 4 money is great at this hotel.

A brilliant and amazing stay. Beautiful view from the hotel. Relaxed atmosphere. Friendliness of the staff. Perfect location for holiday. Thumps up for everything here. Loved it.

We booked this place during 2nd weekend of Jan 2017. This is ideal for family or group of friends.It was an awesome experience staying here. Let me summarise the pros and cons about this hotel. Pros: 1. Stunning view of Kanchenjunga from both the bedroom and dining area. The balcony was like cherry on top. 2. Very good room service 3. Good quality food 4. Helpful and friendly gesture of hotel authority. 5. Located near Cactus Park. Cons: 1. This hotel is located little bit distant from the main market area though taxi is available at very low rate.
