I usually book here whenever I've company meeting at Ernakulam and service were good. But this time I'm not at all happy with the behaviour of the staff and they won't provided complimentary water in spite of booking ac rooms.

poor maintenance of the bathroom. The entrance is narrow and is blocked with a bike. No proper sign board. I never expected Goibibo to recommend such hotel/ lodge

Staff is good but room is avarage because that window curtain is not clean. I can spot some colour on the curtain it look like someone's lipstick. And in the bathroom hand shower is complaint. and the TV has not clear , A/C not working smoothly . anyway my experience is very good

the rooms were not clean and there was no hot water available and no internet connection. the bedsheets weren't clean and no ventilation
