very poor experience.... charged for extra bed but the mattress was hardly 1" inch.... lizards were ther in room so need to change the room then the other room had same insect in room and bathroom... water falling from ac....

i delayed rating my stay because it looked it wasn't properly arranged for our arrival. we checked in around 11pm and it seems that since we entered in late we were alloted the worst room possible. there was baby lizard in the room and on being asked to get it removed the hotel staff just stomped on it. the bathroom was not cleaned properly. there was no towel, and a cigarette butt was present in the sink. tv didn't work until we complained and the room telephone did not work as well. so overall ...more
