Stayed from 2nd to 5th April 2025 with my wife and my 1-yr old Kid, up to 9 KM from Madgaon railway station, Nearby beaches - Colva Beach, Sernabatim Beach, Betalbatim BeachEnjoyed Daily free breakfast - Oumlet, French toast, pan cake, Samosa, Dosa, Idli, Fruits, Bread , jam bread butter, Juice, Dahi, Puri Bhaji, Upma etc... - 4.5 StarBig and nice Swimming pool - 3.5 Star - Staff should clean the Swimming pool daily - There is lots of Pigeon guano in the swimming pool.Friendly and responsive Sta ...more

good stay, rooms were nice.
Some amenities could have been better i.e.Wifi was hardly working, AC made a lot of noise. The breakfast spread was not satisfactory. There were delays in service.
the location is great as it's hardly a 5 mins walk to the beach which is wonderful. The staff were good.

No Warm Water, No Room Cleaning. The Service is. Ery Bad, WE told them Two times about our Problems, nothing happened. Only one Person can use the WiFi per Room. The WiFi ist very Bad. The Hotel is very old and damaged. The nearest Beach ist dirty and Bad.
All in all a very Bad Hotel, Take another one.

The receptionist was a bit rude. Initially they agreed for packing our breakfast due to early morning flight but later the reception supervisor refused.
Overall rooms are clean, room service is fine

Amenities are low, no refrigerator, hair blower, swimming pool is too dirty no proper maintenance water is allergic, yes breakfast is uncomparable really liked it, staff behavior fantastic, cleanliness yes very good, room was perfect, location very nearer to beach just 150-200 steps from beach, all greenery just required little improvement with regard to toiletries like sleeper, etc everything enjoyable

Room are good. Staff are very supportive. Location is really good, just 2 min away to Colva beach. However swimming pool is not maintained are tiles underwater are bad and very sharp. We and many guests ended up getting multiple cuts on our feet.
