room ki service bhut achi thi or time per sab arreng karaya or front office neetu madam is very good room mai koi problem thi maine front office per bataya vo 5 mints mai problem solve kar di koi check in check out mai koi problem nahi aayi or location bhi bhut achi h hotel ki mera experience bhut acha raha hotel mai very good hotel

washroom are very dirty.hotel not provided towels,room size is small according to booking time .no electric kettle tea and coffee pauch provided by hotel. food is not a good quality.
I pay for the extra elite pack but golden oyaster not provided complimentary breakfast on the time they say breakfast time is 11 am . they are not provided complimentary Hi tea and not 10 to 15 percentage discount on food and f&b order and room orders. totally waste of my money in this trip .I think we book online so they not took us seriously because we paid all money in advance.

extremely disappointing & unsafe experience â would never recommend
my recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. upon check-in, the female receptionist was busy on a personal call and barely attentive. she assigned us room no. 208, which turned out to be absolutely horrific.
the moment we approached the room, there were dirty, foul-smelling utensils placed near the door, which gave off a horrible stench. the room itself was in an appalling conditionâthere were signs of termit ...more
