Excellent experience of stay, tasty and delicious food. The important thing is the cleanliness of rooms and very new and modern amenities. I believe best hotel in Kottayam in this category.

Servicr and cleanliness can be improved upon. Only refilled water is kept in bottles in the rooms....not bottles water.

bar hotel charging for smoking.first time I faced this kind.ruthless staff behaviour.they think it is a one of kind hotel in this world .if you're as smoker u get a bill during check out
