Amazing Property and Great Hospitality . Every staff is professional and well trained .Reception Managers were very polite and quick in check in process, Guard was helful. Thanks to the Driver who dropped us from reception to room in his car because we were tired 🚗 and lady who explained us about room and hotel rules . We enjoyed Hollywood and Bollywood live music night with dinner. Breakfast is superb 👌 you will find all possible food in buffet breakfast. There is big kids play area in the premises I strongly recommend this hotel . Thank you Tripura Castle Team

Reception staff is not cooperative. We have booked 2 rooms ..they gave us room one is upper side and one is other side.. we want rooms which are adjoining. Our adjoining room is vacant but the person said it is occupied. Food service is not good. What ever we have ordered it takes 45-50 mins ..sometimes Chapattis are not there.. some times naan not there..when it comes dal gets cold..overall not at all pleasant experience .

Stay was good, but for the service, I would give them a negative star for service and for morning breakfast there was only very limited food options.

We reached at 12.15 pm requested if they could process early check in someone who was on the phone said they can get us The room by 1.40 pm, but the lady on reception was blunt and not welcoming she didn't even smile and refused she was just plain bland rude that all rooms occupied, So we waited and checked in The room which was 409 far from the reception I guess mostly given , basic amenities was present, dental kit and shaving kit and indoor slippers, however the room looked very average and e ...more
