Staff was generous to give us good room with balcony. The food was average, sometimes even below average. Room cleanliness was nice. But hospitality is a big question mark.
1. Whenever ordered from room, every 15 mins the staff will ring the bell to check if they can collect the plate. As if the cutlery is limited.
2. When dining in the restaurant area, when I cast phone youtube onto the TV the staff changed it to their own songs. I again cast my phone youtube onto the TV. This time they turned ...more

clean and spacious. We were apprehensive about the lack of an air conditioner in the room, might be a useful addition for peak summer months. The hospitality and service was very good - staff was polite and helpful.

This hotel is worth every single penny, this is equivalent to 5 star. Staff is courteous and property is beautifully maintained. One of the best property in Pahalgam.

as per infrastructure the services were not up to the mark. was expecting a good experience. hotel services are poor.
