Really good stay, professional and friendly staff especially the lady from reception and the lady from restaurant were phenomenal in their work, rooms were clean.

The first look of the hotel was mesmerizing.The location,the infrastructure and the service was top notch. The hotel staff is very cooperative. We had a concern of getting a bigger room for 3 occupancy,and Stanzin Sonam (Reception) was really very nice to hear our concern and ultimately helped us get an upgraded stay to a more spacious accommodation. The food was also very nice. We were welcomed by a welcome drink.Everything was amazing and completely worth the stay.
I can enjoy here with my colleagues because of a very professional staff and aesthetic infrastructure.

poor service, no health facilities even for emergency, unprofessional staff. even they didn't return my headphones which I forgot there worth 25000. never stay again
