Excellent room and services. Excellent and smooth check in by Mr. Raghunath. Excellent and very tasty breakfast. Helpful staff and ready to help on just an intercom call. Clean place. Overall an excellent stay.

The hotel is wonderful. It feels more like a hotel than a home. Very green and very beautiful. The behavior of the staff is also very positive and cooperative. Very nice experience.

highly disappointed with room only the ambience of resort is good. poor service room was very bad condition bathroom doors latch broken. there was a lizard in my room. bathroom was clean but pretty old and looks not hygiene, very small.
the hotel is very far from panjim city out of the hotel not a single medical or shop. food is very costly and tasteless.
