I have said it before and saying it again, this is the best property in Kurseong. Their service, their rooms, cleanliness, atmosphere, location everything is top notch.

The hotel is located at an accessible location. The hotel has all basic amenities,the services were pleasant and the food was awesome. U can easily available the local transport infront of the hotel for a visit to the market. Try the local momos-they are awesome 😎

Great experience and really amazing hospitality. This place is great for a getaway in the hills with the family. I absolutely enjoyed it here. The food is also good!

i recently had a wonderful 2-night stay at the kaizer valley hotel in kurseong. the staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making the experience warm and pleasant. the food was delicious, with a variety of flavors that left a lasting impression. the hotel provides a cozy atmosphere, perfect for a short getaway. highly recommended for anyone visiting kurseong!

Best property to stay in Kurseong. Although rooms are undergoing renovations and some of the washrooms are way too small, still the hospitality of the staffs and mesmerizing views from the rooms takes care of everything.

there was no door mat in the room
resulting watery floor.....
