Excellent hospitality by Mr Tiwari, he was gracious enough to assist us in every thing himself.
The location is a huge plus point.
Im sure Hotel is in good hands with Mr Tiwari taking care in such a beautiful and customer friendly way .

I cant believe I paid for this Hotel !! I came at exactly 1 pm for my check-in and they told me the room is getting ready. At 1:40, this was the condition of my room and corridor. It was pathetic ! So Unclean. They told me they are short staffed and will get the corridors cleaned as soon as someone is free. They upgraded me to suite room when i complained to Goibibo to cancel my booking but the corridors were still a mess.The entire time the hotel was short staffed with food taking 45-50 mins t ...more

overall the stay was fantastic.
location and rooms were perfect.
the staff is good specially front desk person (Ritesh ji).
they understand each request and try their best to fulfill it .
you can go without a second thought.
location is perfect, no isolation to fear.
like you step out and you bang on the lake.

Terrible Experience โ Avoid This Hotel!I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. First, there was no hot water, making it extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, the bathroom tap was broken, which was very inconvenient.The staff was completely untrained and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issues, they refused to provide another room. Despite raising the concern, even they failed to assist in resolving the situation.Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away if you want a hassle-free stay!

we stay here for 3 night @ feb. good hotel on good location. near to market or lake. staff is very good and polite. rooms are very good and neat clean. all of good but only hotels meals is very costly so we take our breakfast, lunch and dinner from market.

Our stay at The Lake Hill- Lake Side Hotel was pleasant. All the rooms have a beautiful view of the Lake and the staff at the hotel is very nice. Mr. Ritesh at the reception helped us with all our queries. The food at the restaurant was delicious. overall, we enjoyed our stay at The Lake Hill hotel.

The money I paid for the hotel was way too overpriced for those kind of amenities.
I felt overcharged.
Just because you have a lake facing property doesnโt mean that you can afford to have an unclean and badly maintained rooms.
We had to request for a fresh set of bed linen as they didnโt even care to change them, I am sure after the previous guests staying in that room had left.
The furniture is old. That bed keeps wobbly as you roll over in your sleep.
