i stayed at your hotel yesterday and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. the room had a strong unpleasant smell, and it was not properly cleaned. the bathroom was especially dirty — the taps were not working properly, and even the jet spray was not functioning. while i appreciate that the staff was polite and helpful, the condition of the room and bathroom was unacceptable. i hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving the hygiene and maintenance standards of your property.
