Affordable hotel. Staff behaviour was good. I checked in late night and asked for a cup of tea and they served. There was issue with the hot water early morning, hotel receptionist himself visited in the room and tried to resolve. However, it couldn't get rectified. Anyways, overall experience was good.

Totally unprofessional staff specially that reception lady she was very arrogant she has no manners even how to talk in service industry and the owner always lying on sofa and he seems like a goon it feels like third grade hotel where you will find those goons types of mans lying on sofa at reception area this place is not safe for family stay they are that much illiterate they forced me to vacate the room in heavy rain fall and took charge 500rs for 15 mins of time not recommend at all to anyone if you want to feel worst experience of your life thn you should try Hotel league.

nice ambiance, nice place with very corporative staff.specially delicious dinner ....thank you1 star less bcz of amenities in room was not proper. like tv dth was removed, tea kettle, dental kit, moisturizer was not available at place

there no quality staff. they don't have talking sences with customer. very hurrsament service. 24hrs service not available. Room quality not as your expectation.

hotel is not well maintained a.c was not working properly.
even there was so many times electricity cut off.
there was no water in the toilets in night.

I already stayed there on 18th April and this was my second stay...All went well like before except that electricity issue which i raised in my previous post also but not rectified that day also...rest I like the big and clean rooms.

Worst ever hotel and services i experienced. No power backup.. 2 hour power failure in night. No recharge in stb.
Third class room service. They served last night paranthas.. waste of money. please no for this hotel
