VERY GOOD HOTEL. DORMITORY & SEPARATE ROOMS AVAILABLE. EARLIER WORRING DUE TO CUSTOMERS FEEDBACKS BUT WHEN SEE THE FACILITY THEN SURPRISED. CUSTOMER CARING ALSO GREAT. PLEASE SELECT THE PROPER ROOM AS PER APP & BOOK IT & ENJOY. WHEN HOTEL IS GIVING BRUSH & SHAVING KIT FACILITY ON ROOM THEN YOU CAN UNDERSTAND THE QUALITY. staff was good and very cooperative, room condition was good but little less space. breakfast timings were written 7:30 am but the restaurant was not ready untill 9 am. staff were sleeping on the restaurant sofas in morning. this was little unprofessional, so it is better to order food in room for breakfast.

Horrible experience. Pls don't book this hotel. They kept the name as a bunk bed instead of a dormitory... I thought it was a single room. all the staff are unprofessional....

The room was good , the food was not good, they served stale food many times , and the staff was not professional , I stayed 3 days but they didn't come for room cleaning This happened the 2nd time with meI complained to the hotel manager this time,

Stay was nice. Room was good and had all basic amenities. Although hotel is on main road but rooms are calm enough to have peace. The hotel staff were little unprofessional but overall behaviour was good. Mr. Santosh is a very humble person.

hotel very good, staff behaviour very good , location 4 to 5 km from bus stand , rooms are okk over all very good experience , i am happy with hotel lord .
