bed sheet was not cleaned. floor was even dusty. not a soap in bathroom. bed sheet and pillow and blanket all were very dirty. it's literally itching in skin

For one day halt nearby railway station, this hotel is v good.
Will not get much more luxury but overall staying for short period it is worthy.
For family staying it is safe but please remember it is not good for old age person as high level staircase required to be use for reaching to rooms.

We had worst experience with the property. Toilet was very dirty, amenities(towel/soap/facewash/handwash) were not provided, room's phone was not working, everytime I had to go to the reception, staff was very careless, will never recommend this property to anyone.

This is more of a lodge than a hotel. Room is clean but not well maintained. Bathroom lock wasn't working properly. Toilet did not have any hand shower jet . No toiletries were provided . Food is served from the nearby restaurant and even the menu card in the room is of that restaurant. You will have to take a narrow steep plight of stairs to reach the rooms . I stayed with my family here for 5 hours before catching a midnight train . Its only advantage is that it is very near to Kalka Railway ...more

Old property..running renovation but should not listed in booking site while works going on...fulled with dust and kicchad.You can see in picture.Access to hotel with a straight stair to room from direct room..no restaurant..Even bathroom not in proper hygeine ....😖.
Take extra money provide basic things...
another property of same owner 'lotus grand ' ,your stay there beside station also.
lotus grand is great to stay..room service available.
See pictures and decide before you choose.

PABX was not working, facilities were not good. overall not worth for staying with family.
Room was untidy, towels, soaps etc were not present in room but were required to be asked. blanket too was dirty
