Spacious room, clean bedding, clean toilet, hot water available, food available on room service only, food cost is very reasonable. Location is in city near polo market. parking available. Lift not available, not recommended for elderly or having knee problems. Overall value for money stay.

It was an amazing experience staying at The Majestic Hotel. The hotel staff was extremely polite and cooperative. Their room was excellent, the hotel manager guided us a lot to get a better experience visiting nearby places. The food quality and quantity was exceptionally excellent and that too at a better price. we are extremely happy staying at the majestic hotel.

Worst experience, one of rhe most pathetic hotels in Shillong, insensitive staff, ni ine listens to complaints, night staff work like its a factory with no concern for guest sleep,
Even after tellung reception no remedy
Worst ever. Couldnt sleep due to massive noice at night

Great stay, but A/C was not working properly. Foods are good but breakfast is very limited options. Parking facility is a big issue.
