The stay was comfortable. Hotel was clean, had good amenities, great service. Heating beds were provided. Food was not up to mark. Serving size was too small. They should improve on this. Rest of the experience was good.

I will never recommend anyone to stay here ..first of all this hotel is not in gulmarg it's about 20 kms away if you want to visit gulmarg book the hotel in Srinagar only and visit gulmarg and come back, when we reached at the property there were only 2-3 other families only, we got to know that in case of powercut power backup will turn on only after 6 pm....hot water is only available between 8pm to 11 am.....when I asked for an iron they said they cannot provide an iron....they have gas room ...more

The property was nice and tidy. Washrooms are sanitized. Bed warmers and heaters are provided. Hot water was available throughout the night after 9PM. The restaurant was open till 10PM. The manager Irfan is very courteous and provided everything no matter how late night it was. we celebrated our friends birthday here and staff supported to arrange everything at no extra cost. I highly recommend this place when visiting Gulmarg. 25 mins away from Gulmarg.

Poor Service. Many times there is no one at the reception and phone gets unanswered. you have to come down and look for people if you need anything. property is little far from Gulmarg around 45 mins travel. Not well maintained. One wing is under construction. Not a good experience.

Very bad hotel
Not at all worth the price
They charge around 5.5-6k for one room and it is not even worth 2000
Kashmir is a place which is cold for 11months of a year and they dont even have 24/7 hot water facility
Worst experience wont ever recommend it to anyone

Property is very very far from gulmarg
No staff in reception.No answer of any call to reception
Most bogus food quality don't eat anything from kitchen.when asked to cook about food quality
He replied that don't teach us about food

The Property was very good, u can stay with your Family n Particularly with your kids. Resort Staff was very co-operative n well behaved.
