had a horrible stay. very bad hotel. rooms are basically worse than lodge. no hygiene, found dead cockroache in towel. served sour tea, god knows what milk was used. couldn't make tv work, said recharge is not there. t kettle had fungus all over it. room was smelling. lobby was never dry cleaned since it was made. lift smells. they should actually pay us for staying in this horror house. don't stay, i seek refund for my money

Behaviour of staffs especially receptionist is good and sensitive. Services can be improved such as wifi and other complementary items in a room.

very bad experience. washroom has 2 broken windows, there's a big whole in the upper ceiling of bathroom, everything is so sus. asked for change of room, and they denied. will seriously not suggest this hotel for any female.

AC was not working, I changed my room two times, But in all rooms condition was same. AC temp fixed to 30 C. food was too much costly.
