Though it was a old property, a nostalgic feeling as it was Mithun Da’s hotel 😍
Food was good and staff were courteous and helped in all requests that we put across.
Location is amazing and very elusive with privacy.
Scope for improvement is always there as in any hotel or life.
Overall, family was happy, so am I .

Response to calls before checkin was not good. Stay was comfortable with polite staff. Food was tasty but expensive.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. it is 20 yr old property so wear and tear is visible at the edges or in the corners but staff keep it nice and tidy.
big plus is it has a garden and enough parking, you don't feel crammed anywhere. Breakfast is not swanky but ok, around 8-10 items spread over continental, south and north indian flavors. wifi in room has average speed for basic brousing etc. lot of satellite channels for all languages generally available on dish tv. it is 3 km uphill from the m ...more

no toilet paper. house keeping removed our garbage from bin and kept on table. centipede in toilet. breakfast only idli,aloo parota, toast, puri. cold air leaking into the room. no fast action on road block to the hotel by fallen tree. so no exit possible from hotel and no power and no intercom due to this.
