my husband and my both children got stomach pain and vomit after had dinner at mountain courtyard. quality of food was not so good . me and my husband struggled whole night to manage our kids and my sister in law who was staying at the same property also got stomach pain and vomit . we rushed them to hospital at saint augustine hospital near by the property. not worth according to the price.

the property is at an offbeat location. present right in the heart of mountains. natural and refreshing environment inside the property with so many trees and beautiful gardens. very courteous staff.

Property is good, but not a 5 star property. It's at max 4 star property only when you're booking Banyan Cottages room. Other rooms will give you a 3 star hotel feel. Not worth the money you're spending. Property's aesthetics are quite old, so you might feel that property is not up to date and so giving 3-4 star rating. The room allotted to us had torn curtains, 3rd class plastic hangers, which made us feel a wrong hotel selection. Not worth according to price you're paying

overall good My family was satisfied with this hotel but the food was not good . Our north indian food quality is very good . but this hotel food is not tasty . Hotel staff behaviour is good , hotel near and clean . location is good . overall good for families stay.

The stay was pleasant. Service was good from all staff especially reception and restaurant. A free cooking session from chef Vishnu was provided which was amazing. Nice location, neat rooms, activities and good service

Had a great vacation with family. Breakfast was awesome. Resort was amazing. You can wake up with birds singing early in the morning. Will make you forget city noises. Food is expensive if ordered in ala carte.
