stayed at nihal resort, mahabaleshwar – great experience! had a really good time staying at nihal resort in mahabaleshwar. the place is peaceful and well-kept, perfect for taking a break from the usual hustle. rooms were neat, cozy, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. what stood out most was the staff — very polite and helpful, always made sure we were comfortable. the location is also nice… not too far from the main spots but still calm and quiet. overall, a satisfying and pleasant experience. would definitely recommend it if you're planning a trip to mahabaleshwar.

found a cockroach in the food, more specifically innthe veg pulao, got multiple cuts on my feet as the swimming pool is wracked

Horrible stay experience it was. They didn't provide aminities. We were given a room far from the restaurant and they said no room service is available. We had to walk all the way to the restaurant even if we needed just a bottle of water. No hot water for bathing at any point of time. Wi-fi was not working properly. They even refused to give us a invoice copy for stay and restaurant bill. We paid for 1 night which was totally wasted. Very poor service and attitude.

Too Costly, rude manager, employees were good at service. charged double the rate of room. Got to know that on reaching the property.

Nice property, great location. Choice of breakfast is Maharashtrian cuisine which many guests may not be comfortable with.

Hotel is located at very good location and view from the room is very good.but that is end of good points consfood is very badrooms are too small, fan and ac making noise no wifi and no mobile network

it was terrified experience. I logged in there at 5:30pm and after that from evening 7:30pm to morning 8am there was no lights. I was not able to sleep whole night due to current issue. the staff was not ready to start the generater as they wanted to save their money. will strongly say not to go as you will waste your money. staff was just saying that they they will start the light and they dint. I was only the guest on that day so it was easy for them to make me fool by giving any nonsense reasons.
