It was not such amazing experience, It was problematic at 1st day but after that it was just so so experience. Bathroom was not so good. and Breakfast was in limited way. Room telephone was not working. Lift was not in premises. and Entry was just Ok

Great room and ambiance, but in terms of service it's worst. The TV didn't work even after complaining they couldn't fix it and the TV didn't have internet, water pressure was low in tap, Cafe closed too early, service was slow, and I can go on.

The location and ambience were really good, and the price was also fairly reasonable. However, the condition of the toilet and the bed was very poor. The bathroom, in particular, was quite dirty, which really affected the overall experience.

The stay was very good upto the mark. The people at reception were kind and grateful. We ordered food,they served immediately without any delay. The staffs were friendly and the room was very hygienic and clean.
