The hotel's locality is OK but the view from our room which was connected on 1st floor with a big terrace with snow mountain peaks in background was awesome. Loved it๐. Room size was also appropriate. The staff were very good bu nature & was always ready to help.

I stayed in 4th floor, view from there was amazing. Hotel rooms were average, common area maintenance is good.Room maintenance is average. Bathrooms are not in condition.Owner of hotel has no idea of hospitality, i don't know why he is into this business.I have asked him to send someone to medical shop for medicines in a emergency situation and he denied for it.

1 Star for the well behaved staff who served us....Otherwise the Hotel deserves 0 Star.. Because the drunk manager behaved very rudely when I asked him if he can switch on heater...Owner must know that Good behavior is more important than Good looking rooms,I suggest tourists to avoid this Hotel if you dont want to spoil your trip...We Checked out the very next day and went to Tso Moriri Retreat....

The place is very difficult to find. It took us 45 mins in the night to find this place. Very far from Pangong view point (1.30 hours far).The area is remote so could not even contact hotel staff as their phones were not reachable. They have no boards or signs and GPS location provided is wrong. Rooms were clean with attached bathrooms. It is definitely not a resort. The only good thing about the lodge was the view. You get the lake view and snowy mountains view from the rooms which will make you forget all the hustle.

Worst ever experience. Waste of money.Staff & manager is well behaviouralNo geyser service in washroom even in cold time. Stupid excuses. Wifi also slow.
