Need to improve on house keeping. No hot water was available in bathroom. Breakfast was good and met our expectations. Rooms were clean and service was prompt.

Food is excellent at The Pearl Grand. We tried Chinese, Punjabi cuisines. We didn't get hot water the day we arrived from our high altitude trek when we needed it the most, instead of being a 4 star hotel. The room was clean and tidy. But we spotted various instances of lack of maintenance in the room. Room service was great, staff were polite and helpful. i booked the hotel but it was disappointed when i reached in hotel.staff is good and well behaved but food is not good.food choice is limited..no buffet

This hotel is perfectly located, on the way to Mussorie. Property is well maintained, proper cleanliness and earns the badge of a true 4star property. Rooms are big and well maintained. It was a pleasant stay, would prefer booking again ahead.
