it was horrible...there was no hot water in room...food ordered was not available and the one which ordered wasn't good....everyone time different person picks up call and give diff answer...it was worst stay

i do t have them
the stay was very good and comfortable. the rooms were very clean and service was too notch. the breakfast options were very good. i enjoyed the stay totally. i would say the costing could have been little more less.

I Stayed at the Phoenix Residency Hotel for 4 days, though the staff was good at their service but I have few pointers for the future travellers for their reference and support. 1) The Manager is inconsiderate and has an attitude problem, we rented out a scooter and due to heavy rain the same was not working, very respectfully we requested him the staff can help in any possible ways as I have tried for 15 minutes to start the vehicle.
